Labtronics' Limslink connector enables the connection of laboratory instruments and data systems to SAP, allowing businesses to use the same informatics system in production and in the laboratory.
This allows users to extract almost any data in SAP and transfer it to lab systems such as ELN, LIMS and SDMS.
SAP custom functions and custom fields can also be supported with Limslink.
Results can be reported back to SAP QM, when connected to the lab using Limslink, providing an alternative to using LIMS.
When SAP QM is combined with laboratory workflow-management tools such as Nexxis ELN and Nexxis iLab, the lab is able to meet the corporate requirements in SAP as well as lab-specific requirements.
Limslink uses a graphical-interface design technology that makes it easy to create custom interfaces for any instrument.
Data is distributed to SAP and SDMS at the same time, results are populated in SAP, and raw data and metadata is saved to the SDMS.
