Bioo Scientific has announced the availability of the Air Small RNA sequencing kit for the preparation of Illumina-compatible small RNA sequencing libraries.
The Air Small RNA sequencing kit has been optimised for sample multiplexing using the Air Barcoded Adapters, which can reduce costs by increasing the number of samples that can be run in a single flow cell without introducing bias into the reaction.
The Air Small RNA sequencing kit includes Air Ligase, an enhanced enzyme that allows greater sequencing coverage than currently available T4 RNA ligases, according to Bioo.
Additionally, adapter sequence contamination is decreased and PCR band separation is improved.
The kit contains all of the enzymes, buffers, adapters and primers needed for sequencing on Illumina sequencing instruments.
