Cambridge Sensotec has released a dedicated thermal printer for its Rapidox SF6 Multimeter, which is designed to assist in the maintenance of gas-insulated substations and switchgear.
The thermal printer is available in battery-powered and mains-powered versions and prints the current instrument reading via an RS232 cable.
A heavy-duty case is also available to hold the Rapidox Multimeter together with the printer, paper rolls and accessories.
The SF6 Multimeter measures the concentration of SF6 and detects the presence of moisture and impurities.
