The Association for Laboratory Automation (ALA) is inviting research scientists, engineers and business leaders to submit abstracts for podium and poster presentations at Labautomation 2011.
The Labautomation conference and exhibition is set to take place on 29 January-2 February 2011 in Palm Springs, CA, US, and the deadline for submissions is 9 August 2010.
Abstract focus areas include the following tracks: detection and separation; micro- and nano-technologies; high-throughput technologies; informatics; and evolving applications of laboratory automation, featuring agriculture and food.
In addition to these educational tracks, the Scientific Committee Chair and Associate Chair will review all submissions and may select some abstracts for presentation that may not necessarily align with the conference tracks noted.
Abstract submissions will be accepted across a range of industries, including: drug discovery and development; clinical diagnostics; agriculture and food; forensics and security; energy generation and petrochemicals; and more.
