Gilson has opened the Gilson Service Centre of Excellence in Bedford, UK, to offer pipette repair, calibration and certification for customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
The service centre will service Pipetman pipettes to ensure optimum functionality of each pipette with the aim of matching its performance to original specifications.
Each service technician receives extensive training and can inspect, calibrate and repair pipettes.
Gilson-certified technicians will calibrate the pipettes to manufacturer specifications.
The service centre also allows customers to choose a service plan that specifically meets their needs and budget.
