Motic has launched its BA410 microscope, which is suitable for applications in cytology, haematology, histology and genetics/molecular pathology (including fluorescence).
The BA410 is intended for clinical diagnosis, studies at educational institutions and research purposes.
A complete lead-free optical system ensures excellent optical performance, said Motic.
To customise the microscope to the required application, a variety of optics and contrast techniques are available, including positive and negative phase contrast.
The BA410 will also have a variety of viewing heads to choose from.
Motic has also introduced two ergonomic heads: Ergo (tilting) and Ergo Plus (extending and tilting).
Three different trinocular heads are available: the standard head with 100:0/20:80 or 100:0/0:100 light split and the new trinocular head with three light splits (100:0/20:80/0:100).
Motic Europe will be present at the Medica in Dusseldorf, from 17-20 November, to demonstrate the BA410.
