Phenomenex has published a medicinal chemistry methods brochure and companion wall poster guide to sample cleanup using the company's line of Strata-XL polymeric solid phase extraction (SPE) sorbents.
The 12-page guide provides methods for large-volume reaction cleanup of synthetic organic compounds, while the wall poster is a convenient laboratory reference showing the steps for fast cleanup of basic, acidic and neutral compounds using the Phenomenex Strata-XL sorbents in pre-packed Giga tubes.
The Phenomenex range of products for medicinal chemistry cleanup includes Strata-XL for neutral compounds, -XL-C for strong cation exchange, -XL-CW for weak cation exchange, -XL-AW for weak anion exchange and -XL-A for strong anion exchange.
The large particle and pore size of these sorbents provides an optimal flow rate, particularly when working with large-volume or viscous samples, and allows for the extraction of particles larger than 10 kilodaltons.
