Agilent Technologies has introduced the Surecycler 8800 thermal cycler to its portfolio of PCR solutions for DNA research.
The company claimed the thermal cycler combines speed and volume, temperature gradient and uniformity.
Its modular design accommodates both 96-well and 384-well microtiter plates for additional flexibility.
The instrument also features temperature gradient capability without sacrificing uniformity, Agilent said.
The Surecycler 8800 features a high-quality touch screen and intuitive software.
