The Revolution WD spinning disk confocal solution offers improved performance in live cell confocal imaging.
According to Andor, the technology offers spinning disk confocal to research fields that were previously unable to obtain maximum benefit from live cell imaging technology.
The system offers four times the field of view, along with a new design for imaging at low and high power magnifications.
The depth at which users can now image whilst maintaining high contrast images has been improved.
The company believes the system will appeal to new fields such as neuroscience, developmental biology, stem cell research, embryology and intra-vital imaging.
