TorchV10lite is a free 3D molecular viewer, sketcher and editor.
TorchV10lite software, released today by Cresset BioMolecular Discovery, provides a visual representation of molecules.
The software not only handles 2D and 3D structures, it also shows the molecular field patterns of molecules, giving an understanding of their physicochemical properties.
It enables users to compare the Structure Activity Relationship (SAR) of up to 10,000 molecules, giving a view of how your compounds behave in biological systems.
The software is the update to Cresset’s FieldView application.
It supports the next-generation XED3 force field for more accurate electrostatics..
Support for downloading and viewing PDB files, viewing protein-ligand interactions and simple cheminformatics tools, including 2D Tanimoto similarity, have been added.
