In the application note, researchers have used the analyser to determine whether it is possible to measure the membranes of both analytes.
The technique involved injecting a sample into the sample chamber, wherein the sucrose diffuses the sucrose membrane.
YSI stated that measurements within the procedure remain virtually unaffected by factors such as colour, turbidity, density, pH, or in the presence of reducing substances.
