Flir Systems has announced the SC5000 stand; capable of temperature measurement on objects sizing 3 microns square.
The system comprises of a FLIR SC5000 series thermal imaging camera with a x3 or x5 microscopic lens and high precision X, Y, Z stage positioning platform.
The stand also boasts a research-grade thermal imaging camera with a large focal plane array detector that delivers low NETD.
It is also equipped with a cooled indium antimonide (InSb) focal plane array detector; and a pixel ratio of 320 x 256 or 640 x 512, respectively.
Additionally, the Flir system offers an external triggering feature allowing synchronisation of image capture, with a ‘plug and play’ feature as standard.
