The CATLAB integrated micro-reactor/ mass spectrometer (MS) system is designed to establish data acquisition parameters.
The user-definable software also collects the quantification of input gas and vapour flow, furnace temperature and ramp rates and various valve switching functions.
The temperature profile defines the trigger-points to change gas composition, to inject gas pulses and to stop or start data acquisition.
The CATLAB system is engineered for combined reactor/MS system operation and has the capability to become decoupled, enabling operation of the mass spectrometer as a standalone laboratory and process gas analyser.
Additionally, MS analysis files can be selected and matched to specific sections of the experiment to ensure optimum data at each stage.
