The NEXTflex rapid DNA-seq kit is designed to offer two hour NGS library construction from 1ng of DNA.
The kit, which enables researchers to build sequencing-ready libraries, is for use with genomic DNA, FFPE samples, ChIP DNA and also clinical samples.
It can be used between 1nd and 1µg of input data and the bead-based, gel-free size selection protocol is meant to eliminate the need for agarose gels.
Additionally, the availability of up to 96 unique adapter barcodes facilitates high-throughput applications.
The system incorporates ‘enhanced adapter litigation technology’ which aids the litigation of long adapters, resulting in more diverse sequencing reads.
