The Matrix Gemini laboratory information management system (LIMS) at Lab Innovations is being demonstrated by Autoscribe Informatics to show the remote access capabilities.
Matrix Gemini features a dual web/Windows user interface and the Matrix Configuration Tools on the desktop allows any screen that has been configured for use on the desktop to be immediately available to a user running a web browser.
Matrix Gemini’s dual web/Windows user interface is suited to multi-site applications at a number of different levels.
The web-based implementation means that system access is available from any location that has web connectivity, either on a PC or mobile device such as a tablet. Samples can be registered remotely and tracked globally.
The LIMS software will be maintained to the latest functionality.
