Ambion's Silencer kinase siRNA library enables high throughput generation of phenotypes resulting from specific kinase inhibition.
This library includes more than 1800 siRNAs, three individual siRNAs targeting each of 597 human kinases.
All of the siRNAs have been designed using Cenix Bioscience's proprietary algorithm.
In addition, the library includes 539 functionally validated siRNAs targeting 243 of the kinases, so you spend less time testing siRNAs and more time validating targets.
Subsets of the library, divided by kinase functional class, are also available.
