A pressurised, stirred, parallel synthesis reactor from Autoclave Engineers division of Snap-Tite offers high throughput in a small size
The Multi-Clave 10X from Autoclave Engineers division of Snap-Tite combines simplicity, high pressure, agitation, small size, and high throughput in a laboratory reactor assembly. Pressure and temperature rating are 725psi (50 bar) at 200C.
A single position magnetic hotplate and PTFE magnetic stir bars agitates all ten vessels.
Moving a single locking lever releases the top cover assembly and provides easy access.
Installing the boro-silicate glass liners improves the chemical resistance of the 30ml 316L stainless steel pressure vessels while reducing capacity to 20ml.
The overall size of the reactor assembly is 400 mm high by 180 mm diameter.
Options include process temperature and sampling valves kits for the individual reactors.
Electrical band heaters with individual temperature controls are also offered.
The optional heat transfer jacket can be used for either heating or cooling a portion of all ten vessels.
