Matrix Plus LIMS from Autoscribe now provides a new generation interface to the popular Quality Analyst SPC package from Northwest Analytical
Prior to release 3.02, Matrix Plus LIMS, in common with other LIMS products, relied on exporting data to the NWA Statistical Process Control package using file transfer or ODBC links.
While this allows use of Quality Analyst functionality, it lacks the truly seamless operation that most operators desire.
Now, by utilising exciting new ActiveX component technologies recently introduced by both companies, a new level of integration can be achieved allowing the embedding of Quality Analysts' graphical and statistical functions within screens accessed from directly within Matrix Plus LIMS.
Analysis and comparisons of data sets contained within the LIMS can be achieved using flexible query criteria.
Operators can choose to view Quality Analyst charts either by the 'click' of a button or automatically as a result of sample or test related event, for example an out of specification result.
