Dual atmosphere incubation system for high throughput and research microbiology labs promises to solve all anaerobic and microaerophilic incubation needs
Biotrace International has launched the innovative Ruskinn Concept 1000 dual atmosphere incubation system, specially designed for high throughput and research microbiology laboratories.
The brand new model further extends the successful range of anaerobic and microaerophilic cabinets which includes the Ruskinn Bugbox, Concept 400 and Concept Plus workstations.
A central interlock serves both chambers independently, allowing multi-user access and control of different temperature and humidity environments as required.
Users can conveniently work side by side using different conditions within the economical dual gas environment.
Another pioneering feature is the incorporation of an optional intelligent humidity control system. The optional programmable gas-mixing module can be interfaced to one of the work areas to enable precise control of O2, CO2 and H2 as components of the gas mix.
This permits a range of microaerophilic environments to be created alongside the anaerobic environment making the new Concept 1000 the total solution for all special incubation needs.
To ensure optimal isolation rates of anaerobes, the fully automated easy access interlock transfers plates at a rate of 100 plates per 5 minutes, with an economy cycle for smaller loads.
Housing a total capacity of 1000 plates, 500 in each work chamber, the Concept 1000 is the ideal choice for laboratories with large workloads.
Ezee Sleeve ports with bare hand access provide unparalleled levels of comfort for working with samples under anaerobic conditions, and the 15cm single plate entry system enables instant access to each work chamber.
An optional removable front allows use of equipment such as digital microscopes, stirrers, or for thorough cleaning of the work area.
