Cetecom announces a new agreement reached with Agilent Technologies in order to guarantee a global support for Cetecom test systems.
This collaboration is the result of Cetecom continuous efforts to maintain the utmost quality for its after-sales services.
Cetecom products will be maintained, calibrated and repaired through Agilent's global network of service centres world-wide.
Bite (Bluetooth qualification tester) and Mint (mobile communications integrated tester) customers will take advantage of this new agreement, getting the following benefits: Local service avoiding customs delays and possible shipment problems.

The customer service teams at Cetecom and Agilent will work together to satisfy requirements for automatic diagnostics, fast repair and calibration of the Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS and W-CDMA test equipment used in Bite and Mint.
