The valveless, digitally-controlled modules integrate easily into existing manufacturing processes. Encynova's Travcyl systems provide the precision and repeatability that dye and flavour-addition processes demand. Travcyl systems utilise a hybrid piston-syringe pump design, combining durability and exceptional accuracy (up to +/-0.05%Cv). The 'travelling cylinder' (Travcyl) design eliminates the need for valves and flow meters, providing precise liquid delivery with only one piece of equipment.
The new model 2-1 system is a cost-effective metering solution for flow rates up to 50ml/min.
For dispensing, and for applications requiring higher flow rates or lower pulsation, the model 2-4 and 16-4 systems are ideal.
All Encynova systems are available with chemical-resistant wetted parts to handle concentrated dyes and flavours.
