Program comes with a comprehensive spectral line database containing about 100,000 spectral lines of almost all chemical elements
Intetics has introduced Spectra Heap, a new atomic emission analysis program that comes with a comprehensive spectral line database containing about 100,000 spectral lines of almost all chemical elements.
"Spectra Heap is the ultimate source for industrial, scientific, and educational spectral analysis," said Boris Kontsevoi, president of Intetics.
"The product will be of tremendous value to spectroscopy professionals". Spectra Heap replaces numerous reference books that are the primary source for spectral identification.
"With an electronic database, you don't have to dig through volumes any more - the program makes searching for information quick and easy," said Kontsevoi.
Spectra Heap also offers a lot of opportunities that do not exist with printed sources, eg, searching for lines by various criteria, working with groups of elements, searching for overlapping lines, sorting lines by characteristics, displaying graphic results, creating custom reports, etc
