PiColorLock drug discovery kits are designed to facilitate the measurement of the activity of potential inhibitors of phosphatases, ATPases and other Pi-generating enzymes in microplate assays.
Each kit combines a purified recombinant human enzyme target, phosphorylated substrate, Pi standard and two multiwell plates, along with a carefully optimised PiColorLock detection reagent and a selection of buffer concentrates to facilitate optimisation of assay conditions with your enzyme of interest.
Detailed assay protocols for determination of enzyme activity, % inhibition and IC50 values are provided with each kit.
