Low cost chromatography data system for Agilent gas chromatographs offers full instrument and autosampler control
Justice Laboratory Software, a developer of chromatography data system software for science based industries, has introduced Chrom Perfect LSi for Agilent 5890 and 6890 gas chromatographs. Chrom Perfect LSi for Agilent GCs continues the company's expansion of the popular low cost, single instrument chromatography data system range, to include direct digital acquisition from a single 6890 or properly equipped 5890 GC. Chrom Perfect LSi for Agilent uses a single RS232 cable to connect the GC to a PC.
No A/D is necessary as two channels of digital data is acquired directly through the Agilent RS232 port. However customers will be pleased that the data collected on the system is full compatible with other Chrom Perfect systems that they may have purchased previously.
The software features a full suite of applications which include custom report writing, multiple run summary, chromatography management software, as well as Chrom Perfect's chromatography analysis software.
For the first time Chrom Perfect is now available on a single instrument with full instrument set point and autosampler control as well as the increased dynamic detection ranges that direct digital acquisition affords.
The package offers exceptional value for money as there is no need to purchase an additional chromatography interface box (AD converter).
In addition to this new version, Chrom Perfect LSi is available for any chromatography instruments using Chrom Perfect CDS software and the sturdy and reliable Tigre II serial A/D device.
The Tigre II can be configured to accept different analogue output voltages. This flexibility means the LSi package is suitable for 95+% of GC and HPLC applications, says Justice.
