Company launches new global site to support its chromatography data systems with data sheets, white papers, FAQ's, searchable knowledge base as well as a customer support forum
Justice Laboratory Software, a developer of chromatography data systems software for the science-based industries, has launched a new global website to replace existing regional sites.
The site features a content rich environment, which visitors will find quick and easy to navigate around.
In addition information about the company's Chrom Perfect range of products for potential customers, the site offers integrated support services for existing users.
Chrom Perfect users will have access to a password protected area and unlimited access to data sheets, white papers, FAQ's, searchable knowledge base as well as a customer support/discussion forum.
The site is maintained in both the USA and Europe, therefore time zone differences are not an issue should a customer require immediate assistance.
Using these new support services customers will have direct contact with Chrom Perfect support specialists and will allow chromatographers, IT personal and system managers to discuss and share experiences/ideas about using Chrom Perfect in their specific applications.
"The launch is central in our strategy of maintaining a strong Internet presence and developing a global customer support network.
"Using the latest internet technology our customers will enjoy transparent communication channels with sales, technical support and product development staff both in Europe and America" said Dennis O'Hare, vice president of sales and marketing.
"Justice has been supplying chromatography data systems since 1988 and over the course of our history customer feedback has been at the heart of our product development program.
"Now we hope to make it even easier to exchange ideas and experiences.
"It is by encouraging this feedback that Justice Laboratory Software will continue to produce market-leading products" added George Schriener, vice president of technical development.
