Labtronics announces the introduction of a new LimsLinkCDS interface that provides a direct and transparent connection between Empower or Millennium32 and any Lims.
LimsLinkCDS adds new menu items to Millennium32 and Empower that allow the analyst to access the Lims from within the CDS application.
Access to the menus is controlled by the CDS security system, eliminating the need for a separate logon to use the interface.
LimsLinkCDS also integrates with the Millennium32/Empower audit trail to track activity such as connecting to Lims, selecting worklists, creating Sample Set Methods, etc Lims worklists can be selected directly from the CDS.

Configuration of the interface with the Lims is quick and easy using drop-down menus and check-boxes that use Millennium32/Empower terminology.
This version of LimsLinkCDS also gives analysts the ability to display Waters Millennium32 or Empower chromatograms from inside their Lims allowing for faster more efficient approval of sample results.
