Inside-out photometer Instrument uses flexible fibre light guide which can be inserted into a sample, rather than aving a sample mounted on a cuvette and inserted into the instrument Expensive optical cuvettes are no longer needed with the Metrohm 662 photometer, instead of placing your sample into the photometer the 662 allows you to insert the long flexible glass-fibre light guide directly into the sample.
The 662 photometer is a compact, low cost microproccesor-controlled instrument for direct photometric measurements, and may be added onto any titration system for photometric end point detection.
The 662 may be used over the entire visible range (400 to 700nm), including white light. There is no restriction to just a few spectral regions. Using the 662 it is possible to obtain readings as either direct concentration (will store calibration details), absorbance or transmittance.
