Potentiometric titrator occupies less than an A4 footprint and has been designed with food analysis in mind
The Metrohm 798 potentiometric titrator has been designed with food analysis in mind.
Occupying less than an A4 footprint, this instrument has pre-stored methods, which include salt content, calcium analysis, acid number, iodine value, peroxide value, vitamin C, and moisture content by Karl Fischer titration.
For ease of use, all that is required to call up these methods and press start.
The 798 has three electrode inputs, eliminating the need to change electrodes when switching methodology.
With a live titration curve display, this system enables the user to monitor the progress of each titration extremely easily.
The 798 can simply be hooked up to a host of peripherals including balances, bar code scanners, PC, printers, etc.
Everytime a titration is completed the results are automatically displayed, plus details of batch number and sample size.
Various Good Laboratory Practise (GLP) functions are built into the 798 including being able to set results specification for each method ie, minimum and maximum limits.
In addition service and calibration intervals are pre-programmed into the titrator.
