Polycarbonate 96-well tubeholder range may be autoclaved clean over 100 times, providing considerable cost savings over consumable products
Adopting the standard microplate format, Micronic 96-well tubeholders may be used in most robotic handling systems to provide enhanced automation of sample storage and recovery in applications including medical diagnostics, clinical chemistry, and veterinary science.
Available empty or filled with microtubes, the reuseable polycarbonate tubeholders accommodate 96 alphanumerically (A1-H12) labelled 1.4ml deepwell tubes, enabling samples to be stored and easily traced.
Built to economise freezer space the 96-well tubeholder are stackable, can be sealed leakproof, and may be stored for extended periods without deterioration in temperatures down to -80C.
For applications requiring larger sample volumes, a 24-well tubeholder is available with 7ml deepwell tubes.
Each 7ml tube has an integral snap-lock lid ensuring that samples are very secure when transported.
The 96-well tubeholder, 24-well tubeholder and Micronic microtubes are manufactured under clean room conditions (US Federal Standard 209B class 10,000).
