Mott says it hit a home run by passing the audit with zero non-conformity notes, zero improvement notes, and zero negative written observations
Mott reports that it has successfully completed its triennial re-certification audit and simultaneous upgrade to the ISO 9001-2000 standard.
In addition to stepping up to the plate of new ISO requirements, Mott hit a home run by passing the audit with zero non-conformity notes, zero improvement notes, and zero negative written observations.
In the closing meeting of the audit, the Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance auditor expressed that he had been impressed with the continuous improvement achieved in Mott's quality management system.
He especially noted the strength on the company's strategic and tactical plans which direct Mott's business goals and objectives.
