Lims extension will proof-read printed material to verify components against a master, outlining errors automatically
An extension of Nova-Lims, the Automated packaging component analyser is a completely language-independent program that is able to proof read printed material.
The program automatically verifies the incoming printed components against a pre-approved master.
It is capable of analysing a predefined number of samples against the master then outlines every error on each test sample that has been scanned.
The application uses efficient client/server communication allowing for seamless data transfer between users or even different sites.
The system dispatches and completes tests on one or many of the analyser machines connected through the network.
This allows for fast, unlimited processing, restricted only by the number of systems working in parallel. This set up allows the system to cater to very large or very small labs and any one in between.
The analyser systems can operate in the background, non-stop, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without any supervision.
At each login session, the users are notified of the tests that have been completed during their absence.
The program also features a complete, independent audit trial and is fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
