Dr David Scullion, Consultant Radiologist, explained: "We are a general radiology department performing a wide and varied range of acute and elective ultrasound examinations including general abdominal, small parts, vascular, obstetrics and gynaecological applications.
We required another high-end platform in order to cope with the increased complexity of, and demand for, ultrasound examinations." "Following evaluation of the available systems we decided upon Philips Ultrasound for a number of reasons.
