The previous domain name is still active for those wedded to their 'favourites' menu, but for those who eschew auto-entry URLs, the abbreviated domain name will be a boon.
RDP says a wealth of information awaits every visitor to the site, which is dedicated to the science and technology of transducers, sensors, and measuring systems.
In addition to a comprehensive list of RDP products and associated technical specifications, the visitor has access to advice on systems for displacement, pressure, load, acceleration, torque and angular measurements.
RDP's calibration service is explained in depth and there is a direct link to RDP's news database with copies of press releases, product news and applications stories.
Finally, and by no means least, there is a wealth of technical knowledge and support information ranging from connection details for every RDP transducer to advice on setting up PCs to downloads of measurement software and technical manuals.
