Adme Boxes is a modular software product for molecular discovery providing innovative prediction tools and impressive database for oral bioavailablity, P-gp specificity, solubility, solute properties, and ionisation. One of the modules is the new Absolv, the improved and enhanced version of Sirius Absolv, designed to calculate molecular properties using the principles introduced by Professor Michael Abraham of University College London.
