New software adds annotation and temperature to images and video
Studio Capture is an image and video capturing software designed for use with microscopes.
The software allows users to take an image and, in real time, add user definable annotations such as a scale bar, title and date/time directly onto the image.
Images can then be saved singly as bmp, jpeg and clipboard copy or captured in an avi video file.
Studio Capture also allows users with Mettler Toledo hot-stages to incorporate the sample temperature into the image.
Video files can be saved in real time or time-lapse modes allowing slow processes to be conveniently reviewed.
Individual images can also be extracted from the video file using the Studio Player companion software.
