This practical accessory for the company's robotic sample processors offers connection of up to four sensors, free programmability, logical or function, and control via remote lines.
The level sensor is screwed directly onto the rinsing or waste container and connected to the 849 level control.
A corresponding query in the method sequence makes the system waterproof in the true sense of the word, says the company.
The logical or function allows the flexible scanning of the system status.
If the waste container is full or the rinsing container empty then the system will be stopped.
Up to four level sensors can be connected to the 849 level controller.
Two measuring inputs monitor the levels in the waste containers to prevent overflow, two further inputs check whether the rinsing containers still contain sufficient liquid.
