Stage one starts with project qualification, detailed requirement analysis, technical/feasibility study and is followed by a risk and economic evaluation.
Stage two includes system design and specifications, planning, subcontracting and a technical/ commercial proposal.
In the next stage AC experts develop the system/application, integrate hardware/software elements, perform an internal system testing and provide documentation.
In Stage four it arranges packing and shipment, site inspection, installation and implementation, familiarisation up to commissioning.
In the next stage AC offers warranty, support tools, training, consumables and spare parts.
In Stage six it provide hardware/software support through help desk assistance, support contracts and on-line remote support.
Headquartered in the Netherlands where its product development, production and testing departments are located, AC expanded the sales and support network to locations in Asia Pacific and the USA.
