Accelerated Technology Laboratories (ATL) will be hosting a free Lims breakfast seminar during the American Water Works Association's Water Quality Technology Conference at the Hilton Hotel in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada on Monday 7 November 2005, from 09:00-12:00.
The event includes a list of featured speakers that are currently working as laboratory managers, scientists, Lims implementers, and software engineers and can provide first hand knowledge of current technology and share their Lims expertise.
Seminar topics will include: Steps in preparing a request for proposal; Automation via sample scheduling/QA/QC and reporting; Sharing your Lims data across the enterprise via the intranet or internet; Automating your water quality laboratory; Lims, data validation and electronic signatures; and Utilising a Lims in a microbiology laboratory.
The interactive lecture will address these topics while allowing attendees the opportunity to ask the featured speakers for advice on their own unique concerns during the Q and A session.
All attendees will also receive a Lims resource CD which contains copies of the materials that will be covered during the seminar.
