Gascard II Plus features high accuracy with low drift characteristics and are designed to be integrated into systems used to measure total organic carbon (TOC), indicating the quality of sample water
Optoelectronics manufacturer Edinburgh Instruments has extended its range of high performance low cost dual wavelength OEM gas sensors.
Designated the Gascard II Plus range, they feature high accuracy with low drift characteristics and are designed to be integrated into analysis systems and equipment used to measure total organic carbon (TOC), indicating the quality of sample water with respect to the concentration of organic pollution.
This range provides high accuracy measurement and detection of sub 1% levels of CO2.
They use the established and proven pump-aspiration technology to provide rapid detection and response.
The rugged sensor design of the Gascard II Plus provides accurate and reliable measurement wit a response sensitivity to measure 1ppm gas concentrations.
Reliability is further enhanced with the absence of moving parts to the sensor.
Measuring only 100x160x40mm (eurocard format) and weighing only 0.3kg, these products are ideal for integration into a wide variety of enclosures.
The operating temperature is 0-45C, with a power requirement of 24VDC (18-30V) and power consumption of 6watts maximum.
These innovative gas sensors have user-selectable linear and analogue output options, alarm function software and automatic temperature correction.
An optional four digit liquid crystal display is also available.
Each Gascard II Plus is supplied fully tested and calibrated with a two year warranty against defective workmanship and parts.
Edinburgh Instruments can also design and manufacture variants of the Gascard II range to customer requirements.
These products have applications in the water, food, beverages, process, engineering, laboratory and manufacturing industries.
