Titreplus has been designed to allow the rapid production and titration of single and multiple recombinant viruses in a single kit format
Oxford Expression Techologies (OET) has introduced Titreplus, a unique combined expression and titration package that harnesses the simplicity and flexibility of the efficient Flashbac expression system with the ease and speed of Baculoquant titration.
It is cost efficient and uses easy to follow protocols that allow researchers to perform recombinant virus titration on the same day as harvest.
Titreplus contains Flashbac DNA, control transfer vector and Baculoquant probes and vectors and is available in five and 24 reaction size kits.
Both Flashbac and Baculoquant are available in separate kit formats.

Flashbac allows the generation of single and multiple recombinant viruses in insect cells in one easy step, without the need for plaque purification.
Baculoquant is a rapid method for the titration of baculoviruses giving accurate titres within two to six hours.
