Simple design of pH meter offers easy use and practically eliminates handling errors, providing a straightforward solution for most basic electrochemistry tasks
Sartorius has introduced a new, easy to operate pH meter, the PB-11.
Designed as a simple solution for most basic electrochemistry tasks, the PB-11 measures pH or redox potentials, and ion-selective measurements can also be carried out on the basis of voltage metering.
The rugged and compact unit offers automatic buffer recognition during calibration, automatic temperate compensation as well as simultaneous display of the measured value and temperature.
The simple design of the PB-11 offers easy use and practically eliminates handling errors. During calibration the meter performs an automatic electrode check and displays the electrode slope, allowing the user to ensure that the electrode is on good working order.
The large display gives clear information regarding the current operating status of the meter, for example showing calibration results.
The PB-11 is now available from Sartorius and selected UK distributors.
The meter can be purchased without an electrode, or in two kits containing either a refillable pH electrode with temperature sensor, or a low maintenance pH electrode with gel electrolyte.
