Neutekbio's Type I Human Interferon (IFN) gene reporter assay kit is a simple, rapid and sensitive test for the detection and quantitation of the biological activity of Type 1 IFNs (including IFNa, IFNb and IFNw) in biological samples.
The basis for the test is a human cell line genetically modified to induce the expression of firefly luciferase in response to the binding of IFN to its cell surface receptor.
The test can measure down to 1.0IU/ml and the assay can be completed in a day.
The kit is in 96 wells format and is CE Marked and manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 certified manufacturing systems.
