Millipore announces that its Bioscience division is operating directly in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Customers there can now purchase laboratory filtration products, water purification systems, and consumables directly from Millipore.
A new Millipore Bioscience team has been formed to provide customers with direct access to Millipore's products and services for research laboratories.
This new team joins the Millipore Bioprocess division, already serving the Irish market since 1996.
Millipore provides technology and tools for the development and production of new therapies and drugs.
These include sterile filtration devices, multiwell plates for membrane-based applications, blotting membranes and reagents, protein concentration devices, tools for DNA preparation and clean-up, and sample preparation devices for analytical applications.
Millipore also provides total purified water solutions ranging from application-specific bench-top systems through to custom-designed centralised purified water production and distribution.
