The ELF 11/23 is a bench-mounted model with a 23-litre chamber and hard-wearing ceramic hearth.
The chamber is heated by semi-embedded wire elements on the two side walls and insulated by high-performance low thermal mass material which enables fast, energy-efficient heating to be achieved.
A temperature of 1000C can be reached in only 35 minutes.
A digital controller with integral timer function is fitted as standard.
