Data Translation announces the DT9832 series of simultaneous analogue input multifunction data acquisition modules for USB 2.0.
The DT9832 series offers two or four channels of simultaneous, 16-bit analogue measurement at ultra high throughput speeds up to 2MHz per channel.
"This revolutionary series offers very fast simultaneous sampling of four independent analogue channels," states Fred Molinari, president and CEO.
"Customers are attempting to correlate physical phenomena at the same exact instant in time.

Each analogue channel in the DT9832 series has its own 16-bit A/D converter that utilises a common clock and trigger for simultaneous and synchronous sampling of all analogue and digital inputs at the exact same instant in time.
The DT9832 series ships with the Data Acquisition Omni CD, which includes device drivers for Windows 2000/XP, an evaluation version of DT Measure Foundry , Data Translation's test and measurement application builder, and several additional ready-to-measure applications.
For maximum flexibility the DT9832 series operates under prominent software applications including interface tools to Labview and Matlab with free downloads of both available on-line.
The DT9832 series is shipping immediately with prices starting at £1605 (excl VAT).
