Lumen 200, NanoScanZ and VC Shutter.
Lumen 200 is a new illumination system designed specifically for fluorescence microscopy.
It offers longer lifetime than conventional systems and therefore lower operating costs.
Lumen 200 provides a broader spectral output and greater stability ideal for live cell imaging.
Uniquely, the system can also be fitted with filter wheels and fast shutters providing infinite possibilities for vibration free illumination control.
NanoScanZ is ideally suited to Z-stacking experiments and deconvolution.
Utilising a piezo driven stage, NanoScanZ offer fast, nanometre resolution positioning over a 100 micron travel range.
Compatible with Prior's ProScan and OptiScan stage systems, NanoScanZ can be integrated with scanning stage, filter wheels and shutter providing a complete solution for the most demanding imaging applications.
The new VC Shutter offers a high speed shutter for microscopy with a full cycle time, closed/open/closed of 6ms and it can be continuously operated at 35Hz.
A unique design utilises electronic brakes thus eliminating hard stops keeping vibration to an absolute minimum.
