The OR-X 550 single and 551 dual-channel models feature pulse repetition periods down to 20ns (50MHz).
Their pulse widths are variable from 10ns to 10s and delays from 0ns to 10s, with six-digits resolution.
Pulse rise and fall transitions can be programmed from 5ns to 10ms.
Single, complementary or double pulses can be generated in continuous, triggered, gated and counted burst modes.
Output pulse amplitudes are from 0.5V to 10Vp-p into 50 ohm loads.
Predefined CMOS, TTL and ECL output levels are selectable to test semiconductors.
Built-in memories enable 99 setups to be stored and recalled.
Both models include an IEEE488.2 SCPI compatible remote control interface to integrate with ATE systems.
Adaptor kits are available to rack mount the bench instrument cases.
