As business continues to expand for Scali, the organisation prepares for growth by appointing Bill Price to the position of chief financial officer
Bill Price will provide leadership for the overall financial health of the organization as well as managing investor relations, human resources and operations.
Price has a proven track record building software companies.
Most recently SVP and CFO of MarketSoft, a VC-backed enterprise marketing software company, Price helped the company raise $70 million in venture capital and emerge as a leader in the Enterprise Marketing Management space with consecutive quarterly revenue growth.
MarketSoft was acquired by Unica in December of 2005.
Prior to MarketSoft, Price was CFO of NextPoint Networks, a VC-backed software developer of internet-based network management solutions.
There his leadership was instrumental in the organization's growth and ultimate acquisition by NetScout Systems for $60 million.
