The new Indumax H CLS54 sensor and Smartec S CLD134 transmitter conform to EHEDG requirements, and so attain the highest levels of sanitary safety
Accurate conductivity measurement - pure and simple There can be no compromise in the hygiene-critical industries of food, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
With the launch of new Indumax H CLS54 sensor and Smartec S CLD134 transmitter, Endress+Hauser says it has created true leaders in specialist conductivity measurement.
The new Indumax H CLS54 sensor and Smartec S CLD134 transmitter conform to EHEDG requirements, and so attain the highest levels of sanitary safety.
They also meet FDA stipulations: only virgin Peek is used for the sensor's wetted parts and seals do not come into contact with product.
Importantly, you can now take advantage of these major hygiene assets in hazardous areas, with special versions available to meet the increasing need for the pharmaceutical industry's use of organic solvents.
It also offers the Indumax sensor with the option of bioreactivity tests according to USP (United States Pharmacopeia), parts 87 and 88, class VI.
These tests establish how living organisms react to the sensor material, avoiding all risk of contamination - a key factor for the international pharmaceutical/biotechnology market.
For maximum versatility, the Smartec transmitter is available with both compact and remote housings for simple installation.
Since cleanliness is key, its robust stainless steel housing is easy to clean.
It will even slot into existing hardware: the conductivity system is compatible with Hart and Profibus for simple integration.
