Gilson Valvemate II valve actuator automates HPLC and LC techniques including sample cleanup, column regeneration multiple column switching and solvent selection, fraction collection plus lots more
The Gilson Valvemate II valve actuator, now available from Anachem, is a robust new design for flexibility in all valve switching applications.
It automates HPLC and LC techniques including sample cleanup, column regeneration multiple column switching and solvent selection, fraction collection plus lots more.
Its flexibility enables multiple valve and column configurations on Gilson systems for both high and low pressure applications saving time, extending column life and reducing consumable consumption.
The small-footprint compact design minimises linear bench space allocation and allows stacking of more than one module, a concept that is now suited for placement within standard fume cupboards.
A wide range of configurations can be accommodated by the valco valves that are easily interchangeable.
A selection of analytical, preparative or multi-position options using six, eight, or ten ports are available to suit whatever method is required.
The Valvemate II can be configured with any Gilson HPLC system and is fully controlled either via keypad or Gilson's HPLC software Trilution LC.
Valve configurations are available for analytical and preparative applications.
The actuator can link up to any HPLC system with the ability to send contact closures through remote contact control for homing and switching valve positions.
With an integrated keypad, quick identification of the valve positions are displayed to provide simple switching movements either manually or automatically.
Anachem has been supplying quality Gilson instrumentation for over 35 years providing HPLC and LC solutions to the UK and Irish scientific communities.
